SPDA's work has inspired change not only within Peru but also beyond Peru's borders. c) Society capacity building in macro and micro economic priorities and management of constrained resources, development of sustainable projects at community and National level.

These youths are mainly raised and brought up in the informal settlements of Nairobi, Kenya. These areas are marred with drastic challenges i.e., poverty, criminal activities, pollution and poor waste management etc. Against all odds, we have stood steadfast in promoting positive change through capacity building, equipping the community members with knowledge and skills to be the drivers of positive change in order to raise their livelihoods and wellbeing.

|Description=In the 1980s, Jana Jagruti (JJ) started organizing agricultural labourers into groups in 5 mandals of Kadiri block, focusing on their land and employment rights. JJ also contributed to empowering panchayat raj institutions (local bodies) with constitutional amendments 73 and 74. Over the last three decades, JJ has organized disadvantaged community sections into many community-based organizations that actively manage natural resources such as land, water and vegetation. In those periods, JJ was instrumental in establishing CBOs such as Common Land Protection Groups, Water Management Institutions, Food Policy Organizations, Watershed Management Committees, etc.

We accomplished this with the support from International donors, NABARD, CSR partnerships, the Government of India and the Government of Andhra Pradesh etc.

5. To develop innovative technical and technological solutions that aid in climate adaptation and neutrality.
6. To put into practice action for a climate empowerment plan by enhancing knowledge of climate variability and change and highlighting how urgent it is through multiple channels in order to alter attitudes about the climate crisis.
7. To lobby for the enactment of the climate action act in Zimbabwe by participating in climate policy negotiations.
8. To improve each citizen's environmental rights as outlined in Zimbabwe's Constitution by developing strategies that thwart the triple planetary crisis.
9. Documenting the socioeconomic effects of climate change on disadvantaged people and the wider public in order to strengthen climate justice activism
10. To network with similar groups, government departments and civil society organisations and persons to foster youth empowerment and inclusivity.
